Please note that, except in cases of defective or damaged items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
